You should also NOT use the TENS machine if you have a pacemaker or implanted cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), a cochlear implant hearing device, any other type of implant in your body, a severe heart disorder, if you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant and do not use it while you are alone if you have epilepsy. Do not use the device while driving, sleeping, in the bath or shower or immerse in any form of liquid.
